JK Dairy & Foods enters into agreement with Mother Dairy Foods, Delhi

JK Dairy & Foods Ltd has announced that with a view to improve the viability of the Company's operations, the Company has entered into an agreement with Mother Dairy Foods Processing Ltd, Delhi for contract manufacturing of certain milk products to partially utilize the Company's installed capacity. The agreement will remain in force till March 2007 and may be extended with mutual consent.
