IDBI to Incorporate IDBI Gilts Ltd, a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank

Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI) has announced that the Bank has obtained a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra regarding incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of IDBI Gilts Ltd. for carrying on primary dealership business.
