Siemens clarifies on news item regarding bonus issue

With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Bonus Issue talk stirs up Siemens", Siemens Ltd has clarified that as a policy, the company does not react to any rumours in the stock market / on the street.

In the recent past the Company had clarified on the rumours relating to the same subject. Therefore, once again the Company does not wish to react to rumours.
