Federal-Mogul to consider rights issue price band

Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 21, 2006 to consider the Issue of Shares on Right Basis upto Rs 115 Crore and to fix up the Price Band for the same.

Earlier, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2006 had approved the Issue of Shares on Rights Basis upto Rs 100 Crore.
