GV Films to consider acquisition of theatres overseas, to form JV

GV Films Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2006, inter alia, to consider and discuss the following proposals:

1. To acquire theatres in Overseas centres.

2. To enter into agreement for a joint venture with an overseas company for the Web casting division of the Company.
