Lok Housing equity shareholders & secured creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a separate meetings of the Equity Shareholders & Secured Creditors of the Company will be held on December 27, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Lok Shelters Ltd with the Company.
