Kalindee Rail to allot shares on amalgamation

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2006 for the purpose of allotment of equity shares of Transferee Company (Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd) to shareholders of Transferor Company (Kalindee India Projects & Engineering Services Ltd) in pursuance to Hon'ble Delhi High Court order dated November 30, 2006 approving the Scheme of Amalgamation. 17 nos of equity shares of Transferee company will be allotted against 20 nos of equity shares of Transferor Company.
