Britannia Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an Agreement in principle with a reputable business group in the Middle East, in connection with the acquisition of an equity interest in two of the group's Bakery Business. This is subject to the execution of definitive agreements to complete the transaction on the terms agreed upon.
