Camlin to fix record date for demerger

Camlin Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 21, 2006 for fixing the Record Date for determination of Members of the company eligible for issuance of Equity Shares (consequent to the Scheme of Arrangement) by the Company and Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd.
