Mefcom Agro Industries approves proposal to raise Rs.100 crores

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 13, 2006 has approved the plans to raise upto Rs 100 Crores by way of Debt and fresh issue of Equity Shares/Convertible Debentures/Convertible Preference Shares/Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) to Domestic as well as Foreign Investors including Institutional Buyers, Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Companies and Corporate Bodies.
