Moser Baer to invest in new company

Moser Baer India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2006 has decided to invest Rs 26 Lacs into the shares of a new company to explore opportunities to meet the growing in-house energy requirements of the company.
