iGate Global unsecured creditors & shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

iGate Global Solutions Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, separate meetings of the unsecured sreditors and shareholders of the Company will be held on January 10, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation whereunder iGate Technology Services Pvt Ltd is proposed to be merged with the Company.
