Mid-day Multimedia clarifies on news item on pact with Times group

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Times Group, Mid-Day in strategic pact", Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:

"We have agreed with Times Group under the business cooperation agreement as to;

1. Sharing of spare printing facility.

2. Utilizing our distribution channels where we have strength.

3. Discounted advertising in each other's publication over the common applicable rate."
