Vertex Spinning to acquire 100% shares of Green Collage & Resorts Ltd

Vertex Spinning Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2006 has approved to acquire 100% Shares (79,000 Shares - about Rs 23,70,000) of M/s. Green Collage & Resorts Ltd in order to create 100% wholly own subsidiary of the Company to start the Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Business and has appointed Mr. Binod Nayak to look in to legal aspect.
