Mefcom Capital extends date for reissue of forfeited shares

Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd has announced that as per the resolution passed in the Board Meeting of the Company held on December 12, 2006, the date of closure of offer of reissue of forfeited shares to existing shareholders on pro rata basis has been extended from December 16, 2006, to December 30, 2006.
