HPCL Board to consider Interim Dividend

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider a proposal for payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, December 28, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declard by the Board.
