Hon'ble High Court, Rajasthan approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Rajasthan Texchem

Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd has announced that Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan bench at Jodhpur has approved the scheme of amalgamation of the Company with Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd. The scheme will be effective from the date the order of Hon'ble Court, is filed with Registrar of Companies Jaipur.
