Hon'ble High Court, Rajasthan approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Rajasthan Syntex

Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd has announced that Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan bench at Jodhpur has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd with the Company. The scheme will be effective from the date the order of Hon'ble Court, is filed with Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
