UTV Software receives entire consideration for sale of Hungama TV

UTV Software Communications Ltd has announced that on December 12, 2006 the Company has received from The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte Ltd (Disney) the entire consideration in respect of sale of the Company's holding in United Home Entertainment Ltd (Hungama TV).

Pursuant to the transfer of the entire shareholding in Hungama TV to Disney, Mr. Rohinton Screwvala, Mrs. Zarina Mehta and Mr. Ronald D' mello ceases to be directors of Hungama TV.
