Radha Madhav to consider allotment of debentures

Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 16, 2006, for the proposed allotment of 10,00,000 Unsecured Convertible Debentures to India Star (Mauritius) Ltd and 1,00,000 to HKB Shares & Stockbroking Pvt Ltd.
