Chamatkar.Net EGM approves stock-split and bonus issue

Chamatkar.Net India Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 11, 2006, have approved the resolution for sub division of equity shares and issue of bonus shares.
