Karuturi.Com Board declares interim dividend

Karuturi.Com Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Declared Interim Dividend of 10% to the Shareholders.

2. In view of the GDR issue which is being considered, the proposal of issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of one share for every two held has been deferred till 2nd week of Feb-2007.

3. Proposal to issue GDR of $15 million.
