India Cements Capital to Change Name of the Company

India Cements Capital & Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has approached The Registrar of Companies (ROC), Tamilnadu, Chennai, for change of name of the Company from "India Cements Capital & Finance Ltd" to "India Cements Capital Ltd" under section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956, having duly passed the necessary resolution through Postal Ballot in terms of the aforesaid Section. ROC, Chennai has now approved the change of name of the Company and issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon on change of Name dated November 29, 2006.
