Sukhjit Starch to allot bonus shares

Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2006 has resolved to allot 3689910 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 to its existing Shareholders.
