Maharaja Shree Umaid to allot bonus shares

Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006 to allot Bonus Shares to Equity Shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 1:1 (on Record Date November 10, 2006).
