Krishna Filaments Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 07, 2006 have not approved the proposal for change of Name of the Company from "Krishna Filaments Ltd" to "Krrishna Filaments Ltd".
