Rain Commodities to increase FII limit to 49%

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on December 11, 2006 have decided the following:

1. Increase in the limit of investment in the Share capital of the Company by Foreign Institutional Investors(FIIs) to 49%.

2. Convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on January 06, 2007 to approve the increase in FII limit to 49%.
