National Fertilizers Ltd (NFL) has announced that NFL, RCF & KRIBHCO has promoted a Joint Venture Company namely 'Urvarak Videsh Ltd' with 1/3rd Equity by the each. The initial paid-up capital of the Joint Venture Company is Rs 15,00,060/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24.40, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25 and low of Rs.24.20.
