NIIT Learning Systems Reports Q1 FY27 Net Revenue Up 25% YoY to ₹565.1 Crore; AI-Enabled Services Contribute 13% of Top Line

Managed learning services provider NIIT Learning Systems Limited (Ticker Symbol: NIITMTS) today announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of Financial Year 2026-2027 (Q1 FY27) ended June 30, 2026.

The company recorded double-digit top-line and bottom-line growth, backed by expansion in its long-term annuity client base and increasing market adoption of its artificial intelligence (AI) learning platforms.

Executive Financial Highlights

Consolidated Net Revenue: Stood at ₹565.1 crore, reflecting a growth of 25% year-on-year (YoY) and 8% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ).

EBITDA: Reached ₹103.2 crore, up 9% YoY and 3% QoQ.

EBITDA Margin: Settled at 18.3%, compared to 21.1% in Q1 FY26.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Grew 16% YoY to ₹57.4 crore.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Stood at ₹4.17 for the quarter.

AI Initiatives and Enterprise Solutions

AI-enabled learning services accounted for 13% of total revenue during Q1 FY27. The company's AI suite features an AI Coach, Simulation Manager, and Signal Engine.

During the quarter, NIIT Learning introduced its AI-ready L&D Enterprise series, which provides four integrated solutions:

- Building an AI Future Learning Operating Model
- Creating an AI-Native Learning Architecture
- Developing AI Fluency for the Enterprise Workforce
- Preparing Leaders to Manage a Human + AI Workforce
- Client Acquisition and Revenue Visibility

During Q1 FY27, NIIT Learning added three new global Long Term Annuity (LTA) clients:

- An industry leader in quantum computing
- A global full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and scientific advisory partner
- A Fortune 500 hospitality company with a portfolio of over 20 global brands
- The company also expanded one existing contract and renewed three contracts. As of June 30, 2026:
