The company reported a strong top-line and bottom-line expansion, driven by continuous improvements in realization from paying suppliers and sustained growth in its accounting software division.

Total Income: Expanded 12.2% Y-o-Y to ₹5,211 million (₹521.1 crore), supported by ₹1,067 million in other income.
Consolidated EBITDA: Reported at ₹1,465 million (₹146.5 crore), representing an EBITDA margin of 35%.
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose 13.6% Y-o-Y to ₹2,317 million (₹231.7 crore), after accounting for a share in net loss of associates of ₹146 million.
Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Reached ₹1,722 million (₹172.2 crore), up 12.2% Y-o-Y from ₹1,535 million in Q1 FY26 and surging 243% sequentially compared to ₹502 million in Q4 FY26.
Deferred Revenue: Grew 16% Y-o-Y to ₹20,140 million (₹2,014 crore) as of June 30, 2026.
Cash & Investments: Total cash and investment balance stood strong at ₹35,530 million (₹3,553 crore).

1. Web and Related Services (IndiaMART Standalone)
Segment Revenue: Rose 8.5% Y-o-Y to ₹3,759 million (₹375.9 crore) from ₹3,463 million in Q1 FY26.
Segment Results (EBIT): Increased to ₹1,492 million from ₹1,340 million in Q1 FY26.
Paying Suppliers: Stood at 218,000 at the end of the quarter.
Supplier Storefronts: Grew to 8.8 million, representing a 5% Y-o-Y increase.
Unique Business Enquiries: Registered 26 million during the quarter.
2. Accounting Software Services (Busy Infotech)
Segment Revenue: Surged 49.2% Y-o-Y to ₹385 million (₹38.5 crore) from ₹258 million in Q1 FY26.
Collections from Customers: Stood at ₹590 million (₹59 crore) for the quarter.
Deferred Revenue: Reached ₹1,460 million (₹146 crore).

Total operational expenses for Q1 FY27 were reported at ₹2,748 million, up from ₹2,465 million in Q1 FY26:
Employee Benefits Expense: Accounted for ₹1,740 million (vs. ₹1,610 million in Q1 FY26).
Other Expenses: Stood at ₹939 million (vs. ₹776 million in Q1 FY26).
