Profit Before Tax (PBT): Reported at ₹186.90 crore (including ₹9.57 crore share of profit from joint ventures), compared to ₹222.29 crore in Q1 FY26.

Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Stood at ₹141.72 crore, compared to ₹165.24 crore recorded in Q1 FY26 and ₹168.34 crore in Q4 FY26.

Total Comprehensive Income: Reported at ₹141.14 crore for the quarter.

Operating Expenses & Input Costs Breakdown

Total operational expenses for Q1 FY27 increased to ₹1,742.44 crore, primarily driven by higher raw material procurement costs:

Cost of Natural Gas & Traded Items: Rose to ₹1,302.51 crore, compared to ₹928.37 crore in Q1 FY26.

Excise Duty: Stood at ₹153.26 crore (vs. ₹119.74 crore in Q1 FY26).

Employee Benefits Expense: Controlled at ₹13.44 crore (vs. ₹13.66 crore in Q1 FY26).

Finance Costs: Stood at ₹39.10 crore (vs. ₹27.60 crore in Q1 FY26).

Depreciation & Amortization: Reported at ₹66.66 crore.

Other Expenses: Accounted for ₹166.37 crore (vs. ₹139.84 crore in Q1 FY26).

Tax Provisioning: Total tax expense for the quarter stood at ₹45.18 crore (comprising ₹38.20 crore in current tax and ₹6.98 crore in deferred tax).

Capital Base & Earnings Per Share

Basic & Diluted EPS: Stood at ₹1.29 per equity share (face value ₹1/- each) for the quarter, compared to ₹1.50 in Q1 FY26.

Paid-Up Equity Share Capital: Remained unchanged at ₹109.98 crore (face value ₹1/- per share).Other Equity: Stood at ₹4,754.83 crore as of the audited year ended March 31, 2026.
