Innovision Limited has officially bagged a commercial contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for user fee collection and facility maintenance operations in Madhya Pradesh.

The domestic work order was formally granted on June 3, 2026, following a competitive bidding process under a specified NHAI tender layout.

Scope of Operations and Geographic Location

The contract appoints Innovision Limited as the specialized user fee collection agency for the Mundiyar Fee Plaza, situated at kilometer 1217.725 on New National Highway 27 (NH-27) in Madhya Pradesh. The targeted operational zone covers the Baran-Shivpuri section, extending across kilometers 1184.322 to 1251.814.

Beyond core toll collection activities, the contract incorporates localized infrastructure management. Innovision Limited is tasked with the comprehensive upkeep and ongoing maintenance of the adjacent toilet blocks, which includes the recurring responsibility of restocking all essential consumable items.

The broad commercial consideration for the contract is valued at ₹26,35,29,635 (Rupees Twenty-Six Crores, Thirty-Five Lakhs, Twenty-Nine Thousand, Six Hundred and Thirty-Five only). The execution period spans a fixed timeframe of one year, with operations officially scheduled to commence on July 11, 2026.
