IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The board of directors of IndiaMART InterMESH Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs 30/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26 and a special dividend of Rs. 30/- per equity share aggregating to total dividend of Rs. 60/- per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Indiamart Intermesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2131.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2123.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2429 in over 501 trades.
