Banco Products India ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Banco Products (India) Limited at its meeting held on 13th March, 2026, have considered and declared a Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 8/- (400%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Accordingly, the Board has fixed Thursday, 19th March, 2026 as a record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend. The payment of dividend will be made on or after Wednesday, 25th March, 2026.

Shares of Banco Products (I) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 575.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 576.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30644 in over 1292 trades.
