Strategic Collaboration for Quantum-Safe cryptography between Valiant Communications Limited & Fortytwo42 Labs

Pursuant to Valiant Communications and Fortytwo42 Technology cooperation for Quantum-Safe cryptography products, the two companies have agreed to enter into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement for integrating, and marketing of respective Quantum-Safe cryptography applications with Valiant's NAS/SAN data storage, cyber-security solutions to domestic and international customers.

The focus of the agreement will be for implementing hardware-based Quantum-Safe Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Network (SAN) Data Storage Servers and Authentication Server solutions.
