Aequs Infuses ₹231 Cr into Wholly-Owned Aerospace Subsidiary

Aequs Limited (formerly Aequs Private Limited) has made a further cash investment of ₹230.71 crore (₹2,307,120,210) in its wholly-owned subsidiary, AeroStructures Manufacturing India Private Limited (ASMIPL), through a rights issue.

ASMIPL (CIN: U29253KA2013PTC067763), incorporated on February 7, 2013, specializes in manufacturing aerostructure parts. As of March 31, 2025 (audited), it reported turnover of ₹5,082 million, profit after tax of ₹334 million, and net worth of ₹2,237 million. Last three years' consolidated total income: FY25 ₹5,082M, FY24 ₹4,598M, FY23 ₹3,612M. Operations are based in India.

The investment subscribed 7,989,750 equity shares at ₹288.76 each, utilizing IPO proceeds outlined in Aequs's December 5, 2025 prospectus. Funds will repay bank loans and meet CAPEX needs, maintaining ASMIPL as a 100% subsidiary with no change in shareholding control.

Shares of Aequs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 142.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28294 in over 652 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 144.90 and intraday low of 140.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4029889.00.
