Infibeam Avenues Ltd is now AvenuesAI Limited

The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has approved the change in name of the Company from Infibeam Avenues Limited to AvenuesAI Limited w.e.f. January 20, 2026.

The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to "AvenuesAI Limited" w.e.f. January 20, 2026, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the change of name of the Company. We attach herewith the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by MCA.

The Company has updated its Logo pursuant to the change in name of the Company in order to align its visual identity with the new corporate name, brand identity and strategic vision, and ensuring consistency in all corporate branding and communications.

Shares of Infibeam Avenues Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15.34 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.49. The total number of shares traded during the day was 872000 in over 1416 trades.
