R R Kabel Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of R R Kabel Limited, at the meeting held today i.e. Friday, 31 October 2025, has discussed and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of INR 4/- per share (i.e. 80%) on the equity shares of face value of INR 5/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The Interim Dividend shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the declaration by the Board, subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the said dividend shall be Friday, 7 November 2025.

Shares of R R Kabel Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1410.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1409.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14113 in over 1210 trades.
