Suyog Urja Ltd secures ₹207.47 Crore Hybrid Renewable Energy EPC Contract

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (NSE: EIEL, BSE: 544290) has announced that its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has bagged a major domestic engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract valued at ₹207.47 crores (excluding GST).

The contract, dated May 27, 2026, was awarded by CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Limited for comprehensive land aggregation and Balance of Plant (BoP) works for a hybrid renewable energy development.

Scope of the Contract

The domestic project represents a full-scale infrastructure assignment spanning both wind and solar energy infrastructure development. The primary responsibilities under the agreement include:

Land & Infrastructure Development: Complete land aggregation, development, and Right of Way (ROW) related activities.

Civil & Electrical Balance of Plant (BoP): Full executing responsibility for all underlying civil and electrical layout designs and enabling works.

Wind Component Support: Supply of industrial cranes for wind turbine installation, storage handling, and the complex inter-carting and installation services of wind energy generation components.

Solar Component & Grid Evacuation: Establishment of dedicated solar project-related infrastructure, power evacuation facilities, comprehensive testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client.

The broad consideration for the entire scope of work is pegged at ₹207.47 crores, computed exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shares of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 206.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 207.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123911 in over 1372 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 209.15 and intraday low of 203.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25479926.00.
