REC Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4.60

The Board of Directors of REC Limited ("REC" / "the Company") in its meeting held on October 17, 2025, has considered and approved the declaration of 2nd interim dividend @ Rs. 4.60/- (Rupees Four and Paise Sixty only) per equity share of no I - each for the financial year 2025-26. Further, the record date for the said interim dividend is Monday, October 27, 2025 and the said interim dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on or before November 14, 2025 to those shareholders, whose names appear (i) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the depository(ies) as on the close ofbusiness hours on October 27, 2025 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (ii) as members in the register of members on October 27, 2025 in respect of physical shares.

Shares of REC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 374.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 377.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 363163 in over 6356 trades.
