RMC Switchgears Ltd receives LOI for order worth Rs. 59.12 crores

RMC Switchgears Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to ₹59,12,44,356.07/- (Rupees Fifty-Nine Crores Twelve Lakhs Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Six and Seven Paisa only) from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders at Tonk Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms-based and Results linked, Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis.

The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company's order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company's revenue and growth prospects.

Shares of RMC Switchgears Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 760.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 735.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25500 in over 177 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 771.80 and intraday low of 735.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19339125.00.
