Cyient Semiconductors Enters Strategic Channel Partnership with GlobalFoundries

Cyient Semiconductors Private Limited, a fastgrowing custom silicon company, announced a strategic Channel Partner Agreement with GlobalFoundries (GF), one of the world's leading pure-play semiconductor foundries. Under the agreement, Cyient Semiconductors becomes an authorized reseller of GF's semiconductor manufacturing services and technologies.

This collaboration is a significant step toward expanding access to GF's advanced semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and high-performance, energy-efficient process technologies. As a channel partner, Cyient Semiconductors will provide companies with fabrication access, technical consultation, design enablement, assembly, testing, and other value-added services to accelerate innovation and reduce time-to-market.

The agreement also reinforces GF's channel strategy to serve high-potential but underrepresented customers, while enabling Cyient Semiconductors to deepen its presence in the global semiconductor value chain.

Shares of Cyient Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1165.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1188.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15141 in over 1640 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1189.65 and intraday low of 1162.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17787262.00.
