Mrugesh Trading Limited has fixed Friday, 09th Day of May 2025, as the Record Date, for the Sub-division of Equity Share in the ratio of 10 to 1 i.e. Sub-division of 1 (One) Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paidup into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up.
