Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 55

The Board of Directors of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 20th February 2025, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 55/- per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2024, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Company shall inform in due course the record date / book closure for payment of dividend.

Shares of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4765.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4743.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 166 in over 74 trades.
