Bajaj Housing Finance Limited to raise funds through IPO

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Housing Finance Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. 6 June 2024 has approved an initial public offering of equity shares of 10 each of the Company, which comprises of:

- fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to 4,000 crore (subject to any revisions to such amount as may be permissible under applicable law); and

- subject to market conditions, receipt of applicable approvals, regulatory clearances and other considerations.
