MAS Financial Services Ltd allots 10,93,24,086 bonus equity shares

The Finance Committee of Board of Directors of MAS Financial Services Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. February 24, 2024, allotted 10,93,24,086 (Ten Crores Ninety Three Lakhs Twenty Four Thousand and Eighty Six) fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each as fully paid bonus equity shares to the eligible Members of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company /List of Beneficial Owners as on the Record Date i.e., February 22, 2024 in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. 2 (Two) new fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs.10/- each be issued for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share.

Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 163,98,61,290/- (Rupees One Hundred Sixty Three Crores Ninety Eight Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety only) divided into 16,39,86,129 (Sixteen Crores Thirty Nine Lakhs Eighty Six Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Nine) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each. The bonus equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.

Shares of MAS Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 331.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 339.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25593 in over 1152 trades.
