SBI raises $ 1 Billion through syndicated social loan

State Bank of India has concluded the issuance of USD 1 billion (USD 750 million and greenshoe of USD 250 million) through Syndicated Social Loan. The loan book was closed on 2nd January 2024.

Shares of State Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 639.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 641.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 860673 in over 18128 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 647.85 and intraday low of 633.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 551132872.00.
