SRF Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of SRF Limited at its meeting held on 20th January 2026 has declared interim dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 5.00 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, the 27th January 2026.

The date of payment of interim dividend will be on or before Tuesday, 17th February 2026.

Shares of SRF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2873.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2958.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10714 in over 2343 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2978.55 and intraday low of 2840.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31104115.00.
