Bartronics India Ltd is now Avio Smart Market Stack Limited

The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has approved the change in name of the Company from "Bartronics India Limited" to "Avio Smart Market Stack Limited". The change of name has taken effect from 23rd February, 2026, as evidenced by the fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the MCA.

The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to "Avio Smart Market Stack Limited" with effect from 23rd February, 2026, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the change of name of the Company.
