United Spirits Ltd receives claim amounting to Rs. 365.33 crore

United Spirits Limited (the "Company") has received a claim amounting to INR 365.33 Cr from one of its existing national institutional customers on 11th December 2023 (3:36 PM). The claim is in relation to a previously concluded settlement with the customer where all recovery claims made by the customer had been fully settled. The relevant details have been disclosed in the Company's financial statements for the years ending March 31, 2017, March 31, 2018, and March 31, 2022. The Company is not in a position to determine the financial implication of this claim at this point of time.
